Teaching Assistant Burton-on-Trent (DE13) 100 - 115 Per Day Temp to Perm ASAP Start

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting both individual pupils and small groups in the classroom, helping students access the curriculum, grow in confidence, and develop essential skills. You'll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that champions safeguarding, wellbeing, and achievement for all learners.

  • A positive, flexible, and caring approach to supporting young people.
  • Experience working with children or young people (ideally in an educational or SEND context).
  • Confidence supporting learning and behaviour in a structured school environment.
  • A genuine commitment to promoting the welfare and development of pupils.

    Full-time, temp to perm (37 hours per week, term-time).
