Youll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

• NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
• Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with children or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential full training provided.
• Driving licence preferred.

• Excellent pay rates plus supplements for sleep-ins/overtime.
