Freelance Project​/Site Manager

Freelance Project/Site Manager required for immediate start for a 32 week contract on a £4M new build retail store which consists on new build shell and fitout. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will full autonomy for the running and managing the scheme on a daily basis, project includes a steel portal frame structure with external cladding, glazing, carpark, landscaping and other associated internal fitout works for cold storage, racking/shelving systems and counters.

Main duties will involve the daily management of full compliment of subcontract packages, monitor programme, health & safety, chairing and running client/subcontractor meetings as well as issuing progress reports and identifying and resolving any issues with senior management, client and client representatives.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a minimum requirement
Experience delivering steel portal frame projects would be required, added benefit would be prior/current experience working on retail projects
