Parts Warehouse Driver

Summary

Prepare and accurately ship customer orders, service orders, vendor returns, core returns, and warranty items.

Parts Manager

Exemption Status:
Non-Exempt

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Process outbound and receive inbound UPS, Fed Ex, and various LTL shipments
• Pick, box, and label parts for customer and service orders
• Shelf stock orders and returns
• Maintain parts inventory including cleaning, facing, and spacing products on the shelf
• Perform intermittent cycle counts of inventory
• Monitor consumables and supplies and report to the Manager as necessary
• Sweep and vacuum necessary parts warehouse and shelving. Empty trash and recycle bins daily
• Assist in maintenance, shoveling, and salting of the yard as needed
• Help close down/open up department depending on schedule
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Deliver and pickup orders as needed
• Other duties assigned by the manager

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8-10 hour days
• Ability to work with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method.

• High school education or GED equivalent required. Technical, vocational, trade school education or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Must demonstrate good, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills -- both oral and written, good work habits, and self-motivation to perform at one s highest level.
