Summary
Prepare and accurately ship customer orders, service orders, vendor returns, core returns, and warranty items.
Parts Warehouse/DriverReports to:
Parts Manager

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Process outbound and receive inbound UPS, Fed Ex, and various LTL shipments
- Pick, box, and label parts for customer and service orders
- Shelf stock orders and returns
- Maintain parts inventory including cleaning, facing, and spacing products on the shelf
- Perform intermittent cycle counts of inventory
- Monitor consumables and supplies and report to the Manager as necessary
- Sweep and vacuum necessary parts warehouse and shelving. Empty trash and recycle bins daily
- Assist in maintenance, shoveling, and salting of the yard as needed
- Help close down/open up department depending on schedule
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Deliver and pickup orders as needed
- Other duties assigned by the manager
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8-10 hour days
- Ability to work with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method.
- High school education or GED equivalent required. Technical, vocational, trade school education or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Must demonstrate good, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills -- both oral and written, good work habits, and self-motivation to perform at one s highest level.
