Sales Consultant, Outside Sales
Ready to build a six-figure career while helping homeowners live more comfortably and efficiently? Perma-Seal Basement Systems is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, consultative Attic Insulation Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team.
In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners who have already requested an evaluation — no cold calling, no door knocking. We provide the leads, training, and tools. You bring the ambition and closing power.
This isn’t just sales — it’s providing real solutions that improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall home comfort.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
- Inspect attics and evaluate insulation performance
- Educate customers on energy-saving, comfort-enhancing solutions
- Present customized proposals and financing options
- Close sales and guide customers through the next steps
- Enter proposals and notes into our CRM system
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (home improvement or construction preferred)
- Strong closing skills and a consultative approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of insulation, HVAC, or home energy systems is a plus — but we will train the right person.
- Uncapped commission structure — top performers earn $120K+ annually
