Sales Representative – Roofing & Restoration Burr Ridge, IL (In-Person) | Full-Time | $85,000 – $185,000 annually (performance-based)

ASI is seeking motivated, professional Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing, 8-figure roofing and restoration company based in Burr Ridge, IL. This is an outside sales role ideal for driven individuals who want uncapped earning potential, elite industry training, and long-term financial growth.

• Inspect residential properties to diagnose storm damage and repair needs
• Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance claim process
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project completion
• Manage projects from inspection through completion and payment collection
• Actively generate sales by canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods
• Conduct roofing inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (required)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and personally driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Roofing or restoration experience is not required — we provide training

• Competitive performance-based earnings: $85,000 – $185,000 per year
