Job DescriptionSalary: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Full Time, additional shifts available to pickup from 6AM - 10AM or 4PM - 8PM
The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The ability to work effectively as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability to change and pace of duties while maintaining a warm and encouraging disposition is important.
