As an Advanced Practice Provider with Harmony Cares, you will have the opportunity to:

• Dedicate 30-60 minutes to each patient, providing personalized and attentive care

• Nurse Practitioner (IL) license and (AANP or ANCC) Board Certification in good standing
• Experience in geriatric care
