Front End Lead Coordinator – Keema Salon (Luxury Salon Experience) Burr Ridge, Illinois | Full-Time | 💼 Leadership Role

Keema Salon, a luxury L’ANZA Healing Center, is looking for a Front End Lead Coordinator to join our high‑performing team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love beauty and wellness, and have strong organizational and leadership skills—we want to meet you!

As the Front End Lead Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression of Keema Salon. You’ll work closely with the Salon Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, lead the front desk team, and support sales, guest satisfaction, and overall salon efficiency.

• Oversee front desk operations and support salon management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests
• Train and support front desk team members
• Manage retail inventory: intake, counts, display, and ordering
• Monitor and apply additional charges using Phorest salon software
• Recommend products and services to boost retail sales
• Assist with salon promotions, seasonal offers, and client retention efforts
• Collect guest feedback and ensure satisfaction

• Experience as a front desk lead, salon coordinator, or shift supervisor (beauty industry preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and tech‑savvy (Excel + scheduling software)
• Familiar with beauty trends and social media
• Detail‑oriented with leadership potential
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays
• Bonus:
