Planning Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Planning & Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily operations across Planning, Analytics, and Supply Chain. This role plays a key part in vendor communication, purchase order management, shipment tracking, and inventory data accuracy.

• Support purchasing activities and maintain accurate inventory records
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders
• Monitor inbound shipments and internal warehouse allocations
• Coordinate drop-ship go-live processes and reporting
• Partner with Allocation Planner to ensure timely in-stock positions
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status and issue resolution
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Run reports and data pulls to support merchandise planning
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Strong financial and analytical aptitude; comfortable working with numbers
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn inventory best practices
