Residential Support Worker - C&C care solutions Ltd

C&C Care Solutions Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting children in a small, nurturing home environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a child s life while working in a supportive and structured team.

About the Role:

• Support a small residential home with 2 beds

• Provide safe, structured, and nurturing care, supporting both daily routines and emotional well-being.

• Be part of a 3-week rolling rota:

  • Week 1:
    Tue / Fri / Sun

  • Week 2:
    Wed / Sat

  • Week 3:
    Mon / Thu

• Shifts:
  
  10am 11pm / Sleep-in / Wake at 7am, with handover from :30am.

• 24.5-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare preferred

• Willingness to train motivated candidates without formal qualifications.

• Must be a driver (parking on-site for 3 cars, street parking available).

• Passion for working with children and providing high-quality care.

Benefits:
