Temp to Perm Warehouse Material Handler in Burnsville, Minnesota

• Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $27.75 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule:
  
  Second Shift Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, may require overtime

• Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and build professional relationships
• Highly thorough and dependable with punctual attendance
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods; and work safely
• Flexible schedule across various shifts
