We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for pulling and stocking garments, folding finished goods, packing orders, and assisting with shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Pull garments from inventory based on pick lists and work orders
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory accurately
• Fold garments neatly and consistently to company standards
• Pack completed orders, ensuring accuracy against packing slips
• Assist with labeling, staging, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Assist production and fulfillment teams as needed to meet daily goals
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality issues
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Help maintain efficient workflow between production and shipping

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic reading and math skills
