Exercise Equipment Sales Support

Assist our commercial inside sales division with lead generation through existing resources and independent resourcefulness. Utilize our software technology to assist in designing fitness rooms through 2D & 3D layouts. Assist in independent projects from our leadership team such as research of our vertical markets, create prospect profiles, and organization of existing data in Microsoft & Google for faster and more efficient access.

• Prospecting new and existing clients to generate lead opportunities using multiple platforms
• Accurately track all leads and maintain consistent communication with outside sales reps regarding their prospects
• Provide layout designs for commercial fitness facilities and retail customers
• Promote P3’s Brand
• Create positive first impressions and interest in P3 by presenting information to key decision makers
• Enter prospect’s information into our current database to ensure the information is current, accurate, and relevant
• Creatively find new solutions for the customer and identify continuous improvement
• Lead monthly reviews detailing progress of leads as well as future initiatives.
• Effectively utilize data and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve internal team and customer issues
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks within Commercial Sales department to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities

• Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; simplifying complex information into client-friendly language
• Knowledge and/or proficiency with architectural design software preferred
