• Minimum of 1 - 3 years sales, collections, customer service, or retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly attentive to detail, ensuring seamless follow-up and successful closure.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work required Saturdays (store is closed Sundays).
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly.
• Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and elevate issues when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Every Saturday is required for work (close at 5pm)
• Candidate will be off two days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
