Closing Shift Retail Team Member (Must be available until 11PM)

Location:

Burnsville, MN (MSP-BURNSVILLE).

Shifts vary between 3 to 6 hours, with peak season and special advertising requiring availability until 11:00 PM; otherwise 10:00 PM is the latest.

• Clean store, stock shelves, pick online orders, and provide general customer service.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash within company standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, including enrollment.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure well‑merchandised store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
• Maintain a respectful, positive attitude and serve as a role model for other team members.
• Cross‑trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

• Experience in retail and/or customer service.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Work in a public retail store setting, including climate‑controlled and sometimes non‑climate‑controlled areas; occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work may involve these tools.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
