Sales Associate – Lens Crafters

Lens Crafters, part of Essilor Luxottica, invites a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye‑care experiences in a modern retail environment. The role blends customer service, optical knowledge, and a passion for quality vision solutions.

• Consistently achieve sales objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating with optical measurements to provide a complete vision solution.
• Conduct optical measurements using appropriate tools, consulting with Optician as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills.
• Embrace change and new technology with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong sales skills with accountability for results; a desire to meet goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
