- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
- Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) goals are met.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
- Evaluate and implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
- Create and monitor schedules and manage new team member onboarding.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
- Availability to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
