We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and support our Adult Foster Care nursing director in delivering exceptional care to our AFC residents. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in identifying and fulfilling the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents, including conducting assessments, administering and monitoring medications, and documenting careall while ensuring a person-centered approach.
