The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, MN. Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.

• 64 hours every two weeks
• Day shift

• Provides professional nursing care and treatments
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• 0‑1 years of experience
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Note:

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three‑weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice.

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 1‑3 years of experience
• MS Office, Excel, and Word proficiency
• Point Click Care knowledge
