The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing principles. A degree is preferred, but candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations within a fast-paced environment.
