Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations; Onsite

Position: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations (Onsite)
** QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
** years prior relevant experience  an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience  in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
7+ years of experience as an operations manager in a manufacturing environment. Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles
** QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
** 5+ years’ manufacturing experience within Aerospace Industry Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early, and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.

The ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.
