Production Machine Operator

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Schedule:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot production machines and equipment while following safety, quality, and output standards.
• Follow standard work instructions, production schedules, and maintain accurate records for output, scrap, materials, quality checks, and labor.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance, complete work order documentation, and ensure equipment logbooks are updated.
• Inspect products for defects, prepare items for shipment (packaging, boxing, palletizing, labeling), and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in training, process improvement projects, team meetings, audits, and cost reduction/waste minimization efforts.
• Support assembly and hand packing of various consumer, medical, and pharmaceutical products as needed.
• Adhere to all company, federal, and state safety regulations and contribute ideas for departmental improvement.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience.
