Ready to lead the next wave of soccer innovation? We are looking for a General Manager with grit to lead our TOCA Soccer Training Facility. If you have a passion for people, a love for sports, and the resourcefulness to make things happen, this is your moment. You’ll be the MVP in creating epic training experiences, keeping the vibe fresh, and smashing KPIs across the board.

Role Scope & ResponsibilitiesPeople:
Leadership & Team Development (30%)
- Team up with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a dream team. You’re curating talent for the future.
- Coach, inspire, and lead your team, fostering a culture where every member feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
- Drive team engagement and retention by creating a growth-oriented, enjoyable work environment.
Process & Product:
Center Operations (50%)
- Lead day-to-day operations to keep the center clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Manage coaches and front-desk staff to create a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere.
- Oversee recruiting and scheduling to ensure smooth training sessions and guest needs.
- Design and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top condition.
- Drive a guest-centric mindset and address concerns with effective routines.
- Track and drive KPIs related to upkeep, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Performance:
Community Marketing & Sales Enablement (20%)
- Deliver a great experience to new guests and convert at an effective rate.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch initiatives that drive acquisition and retention.
- Engage with the community by hosting events and creating buzz with center and regional teams.
- Represent TOCA in the local soccer scene and build partnerships to fuel growth.
TOCA Culture (100%):
- Live TOCA’s core values—excellence, grit, innovation, and community—and act as a culture ambassador.
- Support leadership to maintain a unified, high-energy culture across the facility.
- 3–5 years of operations leadership experience (bonus points for sports, retail, or hospitality).
- Strong ability to juggle schedules and maintain smooth operations.
- Passion for people and sports, with ability to connect and engage a community.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours as soccer action can extend beyond typical hours.
- Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and standing for long periods.
- Strong financial sense and the ability to assess impact on the bottom line.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with TOCA’s vibe.
