A leading service provider in Burnsville is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance maintenance operations. This role involves supervising personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and developing preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a Maintenance Electrician License, a Boiler License, and significant managerial experience in maintenance. A strong multi-trade background is preferred as well as exceptional communication skills.

This position requires approximately 50 hours of work weekly, with on-call availability for critical events.
