Senior Manager, Strategic Shared Services

As the Senior Manager on our Strategic Shared Services team, you’ll help deliver high-impact strategic work across Best Buy’s most important initiatives. You’ll support enterprise priorities through strategic analysis, solution creation and program execution. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results. You’ll be responsible for working independently and proactively while also involving the appropriate enterprise teams during each stage of the work.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
