Clinical Care Coordinator – Twin Cities Orthopedics
Revo Health is seeking a full‑time Clinical Care Coordinator to support patient care and administrative duties across our Burnsville, Eagan, and Edina orthopedics clinics. Working hours are 7:30 a.m.–5: p.m., with start and end times varying by clinic need. The role requires travel between the three locations and involves working directly with orthopedic providers and patients.
Responsibilities- Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms; room patients, obtain medical history, and prepare for physical examination.
- Maintain efficient and organized clinical flow; assist with documentation of patient data in the electronic health record system.
- Assist with aseptic procedures including injections, dressing changes, durable medical equipment application, and removal of sutures or staples under provider direction.
- Prepare and remove casts or splints; apply durable medical equipment.
- Ensure coding and billing requirements are followed during patient data entry.
- Provide patient educational materials and coordinate specimen collection and processing.
- Assist providers in procedure rooms with injections and minor procedures; enter medical orders into the CPOE system under direct supervision.
- Screen patient calls, document phone messages, and coordinate communication between providers and patients.
- Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests; obtain referrals and insurance authorizations as needed.
- Process mail and correspondence; coordinate transmission and acquisition of patient records.
- Maintain physician schedule and communicate changes appropriately.
- Support multiple specialties and perform any other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments.
- Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
- Transcription experience required where applicable.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Competitive starting salary varies by education, skills, and experience.
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12‑month commitment; internal applicants not eligible.
