A school-based opportunity is available for aSecond Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the needs of elementary students within a structured educational environment. This role is onsite at an elementary school setting in Burnsville, MN, focusing on applying behavioral interventions to promote student growth and success.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to support individualized student goals.
• Support students in improving social, communication, and functional skills within the classroom.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
