The Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District has lead teacher positions available for the 2026 Kindergarten Jumpstart summer learning program located at Edward Neil Elementary School. Calendar and schedule include the following:

Approximately 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

Professional Development Dates:
June 10 and 11

Week 1:
June 15, 16, 17, 18

Week 2:
June 22, 23, 24, 25

Week 3:
June 29, 30, July 1, 2

Week 4:
July 6, 7, 8, 9

Week 5:
July 13, 14, 15, 16

Bus Drop off Time: 7:30-7:45

Breakfast: 7:30 - 8:00

Lunch: 11:15 - 12:30

Bus Pick Up Time: 2:45 – 3:00

Student Class

Schedule:

8:00 - 2:45

• Current Teaching License preferred
• Experience working with Early Childhood students

• Current Teaching License preferred
• Preference given to candidates committing to the entire six weeks
• Job shares may be possible depending upon schedule and need
• Experience teaching early childhood students
• Experience with Project-Based Learning at the elementary level
• Experience utilizing data to inform instruction

Per contract $32.25 hourly for licensed staff. Summer hours are not guaranteed and reductions may occur based upon enrollment.
