We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our State Farm agency. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and are eager to help clients with their insurance needs.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, policy changes, and general insurance questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Update customer information and policy details in our management system.
• Educate customers about their insurance options and coverage to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective service delivery.
