Titus Contracting is expanding our commercial division and seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales & Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of business development and project execution. This is a true hybrid leadership role—responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, closing profitable work, and managing projects from pre‑construction through final walkthrough.

You will own the full client experience—from first handshake to project closeout—ensuring every client becomes a long‑term partner. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial construction opportunities throughout the Twin Cities metro and greater Minnesota
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new partnerships with property managers, developers, business owners, brokers, and architects
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with estimating teams to prepare detailed, accurate proposals
  • Present proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company standards and profitability goals
  • Represent Titus Contracting at networking events and within the business community
Project Management & Execution
  • Manage commercial projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain consistent client communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage budgets, change orders, and documentation using Builder Trend and other project systems
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Facilitate handoff meetings, progress reviews, and final walkthroughs
  • Drive client satisfaction to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Partner with leadership on commercial growth strategy and market positioning
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within Hub Spot CRM
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction with a strong background in both sales and project management
  • Proven track record of generating, closing, and delivering commercial construction projects
  • Established network of commercial contacts within the Twin Cities metro
  • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial project delivery
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and construction management software (Builder Trend preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
