What will I be doing?

To organise and present the Customer Quality Reviews
To prepare and update DAMAs in support of any quality escapes
To call and chair DAMA meetings to track progress
To participate in Airworthiness Meetings in support of DAMAs to act as the Customer Quality focus
To be responsible for the preparation of all Customer quality process documentation, e.g. Quality Plans, etc.
To ensure the transmission of Customer Quality issues to the Operational Quality Manager or Supplier Quality Assurance Manager or other person for full and timely resolution
To ensure the cosmetic quality of delivered products
To support Customer audits
Provide weekly and monthly reporting of Customer Quality KPIs through the QA dashboard
To be responsible for the preparation of all customer quality process documentation, e.g. Quality Plans, etc.
To ensure the review of all Customer Quality documents and requirements
To work collaboratively with peers and other functions to foster a positive working relationship
Provide excellent quality products and superior service to stakeholders
Meeting laid down objectives
To organise and present the Customer Quality Reviews internal / external quality audits
Customer feedback/complaints
Identify areas and propose solutions, wherever possible, to reduce costs and maximise profit
To prudently manage the Programme Quality financial budget
Identify & escalate any risks or concerns in relation to product or people safety using the company tools & processes

What do you need from me?

Experience of working within quality standards (EN 9100) & Regulations (EASA Part 21) in an aerospace or automotive environment is ideal
Good knowledge of the applicable products and applications (Nacelle)
