Aerospace Manufacturing | Burnley | Temp to Permanent Opportunity – 17.50 – 19 pay rate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer based in Burnley, Lancashire.

This is an initial 4-week temporary contract with a strong likelihood of extension. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to a permanent position

• CNC Milling within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines (programming not essential)

• Manufacturing high-precision components to tight aerospace tolerances

• Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings

• Ensuring all work meets strict quality and inspection standards

• Mori

• ACE 400

• ACE 500

• DVM

• SV

• 2 × MYWX CNC Mills

• Days: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

• Early finish on Fridays

• Opportunity to move onto late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (4 days per week)

• No weekend work

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator)

• Aerospace experience preferred

• Confident working with a range of CNC milling machines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
