Industrial Finishing Operative

About Us

Our client is a well-established industrial finishing company specialising in high-quality surface treatments and coatings for a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Industrial Finishing Operatives to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation and handling of components throughout the finishing process.

• Jigging components ready for the finishing process
• Un-jigging finished components safely and efficiently
• Packing finished goods to customer specifications
• Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general production duties as required

• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or finishing environment preferred (but not essential - full training provided)
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good manual dexterity
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
