Panaz Group, a global leader in luxury fabric innovation, is looking for a multi-skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Burnley HQ. This role involves precision sampling, fabric cutting, and FLT operations to deliver excellence to our customers. The position is physically demanding; the successful candidate must be capable of repeatedly lifting heavy (20kg+) rolls of fabric.

• Accurately measure, cut, and prepare fabric rolls to meet daily orders.
• Label and prepare luxury fabric samples for customer dispatch.
• Operate FLT (counterbalance and/or reach truck) for stock movement.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Collaborate across warehousing, print, and samples teams.
• Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Previous experience in warehouse, textiles, distribution, or stock control.
• Fabric cutting or textile handling experience (training provided).
• Valid (or refresher due) FLT licence (reach and/or counterbalance).
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn and grow within the role.
