Salary £44,711 – £49,764 Per Annum. Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week. Early Help – Pendle.

We are seeking a Team Manager to lead frontline delivery within our Early Help Service.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals delivering early help services across one of Lancashire’s geographical areas.
- Ensure timely, high-quality support for children, young people, and families.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Neighbourhood/Community‑based early help.
- A Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in supervising staff, managing resources, and delivering service plans.
- Strong knowledge of early help frameworks, thresholds, and multi‑agency working.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
