Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

💰 Salary: Up to £48,000 + bonus
🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-performing CQC ‘Good’ rated domiciliary care service based in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing branch and make a real difference in your community.
Who’s this role for?- An experienced Registered Manager or Care Manager ready to lead an established homecare service
- Someone confident in CQC compliance, governance, and safeguarding
- A people-focused leader who thrives on motivating and developing their team
- A passionate advocate for delivering quality, person-centred care in the community
- Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Drive quality and performance across care delivery
- Support, mentor and develop your care and office teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
- Oversee service budgets and resource planning
Champion best practice, safeguarding and continuous improvement
- Up to £48,000 per annum + bonus
