Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours:

35 hours weekly

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. Patience and a sense of humour are key qualities. We are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you will support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Your role will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. Every day will be varied and no two days will be the same.

Qualifications

We do not require prior industry experience or specific qualifications for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training and you will have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
