Female Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle

Location:

Burnley & surrounding areas.

Pay: £13.69 per hour (including holiday pay) + 30p per mile for travel between clients.

Important: This role is open only to applicants with the right to work in the UK without employer support. The position is specifically for female care assistants as a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

This is a home‑care position. You will travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide person‑centered care and support.

• Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting medication management.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Working solo or as part of a 2‑person team depending on client needs.
• Supporting clients with a variety of care requirements.
• Traveling between client visits throughout your shift.

• Full‑time and part‑time hours available.
• Range of shifts Monday‑Sunday (weekend availability required).
• Shifts allocated based on business needs and your availability.
• Once committed, you must complete the full shift reliably.
