Job SummaryWe are looking for a Retrofit Assessor to join Energy Smart on a full time basis. This role requires candidates to be qualified and experienced in

Retrofit Assessor
Level 3 Old and Traditional (Preferred)
ECMK (Preferred)
The Retrofit Assessor will correspond between Survey reports to create viable projects to proceed to installation. This includes,
- Running Pre and Post EPR’s and corresponding results with install management
- Completing Retrofit Assessments
- Confirming measure suitability
- Calculate floor areas, SQM for insulation materials and POPT
- Supporting Retrofit Coordinator when required, along with aligning projects to them when ready for RC overview
- Correspond with other colleagues within the surveying and retrofit department to collate data, and offer insightful improvements
- Other duties that may required from senior management
- Clear communication with other colleagues and departments to ensure sequence of work is upheld
- Detail orientated to ensure work is correct and projects are viable for install
- Experienced as a Retrofit Assessor currently
- Someone currently working within this role
- Experience with GBIS and ECO4
- IT Literate with ability to use Ipad’s, Software and overall technology
- Ability to work independently to targets and deadlines, along with working as a team
- Able to commute daily to BB12 area for the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Ongoing continuous support from management, with Positive engagement and development
