• Daily Rate: £168.80 – £215.68 (depending on experience)

You will be responsible for teaching a Year 5 class, delivering engaging and high‑quality lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development. The handover period at the start of the role will allow you to settle in, gain a thorough understanding of routines, planning, and pupils' needs, ensuring a smooth transition. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative school environment and is committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum
• Supporting pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND and EAL
• Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
• Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Maintaining an inclusive, well‑organised classroom

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE
• Have recent experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be confident with planning, assessment, and differentiation
• Be flexible, proactive, and a strong team player
• Be committed to supporting all learners and raising achievement
