Ightenhill is an effective, inclusive large primary school with a fantastic team of staff committed to enabling our diverse school community to be the best they can be. We are looking to recruit a teacher to cover the maternity leave of one of our staff. This position is temporary but may be extended. Our Ofsted inspection in 2023 highlighted the many strengths of our school and our ethos is based on a set of values that underpin life at Ightenhill.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Class Teacher, you will work closely with other teachers in a two‑form entry school, using PPA time alongside year group partners. You will be responsible for delivering a well‑sequenced curriculum and supporting children's achievement and behaviour.

- Completion of NQT / ECT period.
- First aid training.
- Experience in a primary school setting.
