A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Burnley, South Manchester, and the wider North West.

The company operates with structured workloads, clear reporting processes, and strong technical support, allowing surveyors to focus on delivering high-quality work without unrealistic scheduling pressure. This role offers a stable regional position with consistent projects across commercial and mixed-use environments.

• Structured diary and clear operational processes

• Permanent, long-term role within an established consultancy

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264

• Surveying a range of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties

• Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials on site

• Producing clear, accurate, and compliant survey reports

• Managing site visits and reporting deadlines effectively

• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Full UK driving licence
