Asbestos Surveyor (Full Time)
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)
An established, family-run asbestos consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team. The business prides itself on delivering a responsive, high-quality service and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment where employees are genuinely valued.

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings for asbestos in line with current legislation, guidance, and internal procedures. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment/Demolition asbestos surveys
- Sampling in accordance with HSG
264 - Producing accurate survey reports and uploading data using internal systems
- Advising clients on asbestos risks, liabilities, and management procedures
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in asbestos surveying
- BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of current asbestos legislation and HSG

- Willing to work nationwide across commercial and domestic properties
- Adaptable, organised, courteous, and self-motivated
- Able to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Able to obtain (or already hold) police clearance and positive vetting clearance
- Competitive salary: £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
- Paid travel (door-to-door)
