Senior Therapeutic Care Worker – East Lancashire

Job Title: Senior Therapeutic Care Worker

Location: East Lancashire

Salary: £34,326.50 – £35,106.50 (based on 2 sleeps per week)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rota basis)

Number of Sleeps

Required:

At least 2 sleep‑ins per week

Pay Per Sleep: Included within salary

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs – Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour

Qualifications Required
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)

Experience in Years

Required:

At least 2 years in residential childcare

Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time
