Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Burnley | £51,500-£53,000 + £7,500 welcome bonus | Full Time
Are you ready to lead a nurturing, safe, and inspiring children's home? We're seeking an experienced Registered Manager to make a real difference in young people's lives.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and high standards.
- Safeguard young people and work with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and a supportive home environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold the home's values.
- Proven experience in children's residential care management.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation.
- Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People s Workforce and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to achieve).
- Full UK driving licence.
