• Competitive basic salary circa £35,000 per annum
• OTE approximately £44,000 with overtime opportunities

• Conduct road tests and diagnose vehicle faults accurately
• Complete inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
• Perform MOT tests adhering to current regulations and maintaining valid accreditation
• Ensure work is completed within specified timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
• Accurately complete job cards and documentation
• Collaborate with service reception and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

• Formal qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Valid MOT testing licence
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Proven technical skills with precision and efficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service
