Duties:

Conduct road tests and diagnose vehicle faults accurately
Complete inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
Perform MOT tests adhering to current regulations and maintaining valid accreditation
Ensure work is completed within specified timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Accurately complete job cards and documentation
Collaborate with service reception and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Requirements:

Formal qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Valid MOT testing licence
Full clean UK driving licence
Proven technical skills with precision and efficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
