Audit Associate

Overview

Are you looking to start your career within Audit? Our client is a well-established firm within Burnley. The firm itself retains a people-first, collaborative culture which they are looking to maintain through recruiting an Audit Associate.

• Assist with basic compliance work, including preparing computations for review by senior team members
• Support the preparation of financial statements for limited companies, LLPs and charities from trial balance stage
• Contribute to statutory audits, building technical knowledge and practical experience
• Work collaboratively within the audit and accounts team to deliver work to deadline and budget
• Manage your own chargeable time effectively while developing project management skills

• Degree in relevant field (e.g. Mathematics or Accounting)
• Desire to pursue career within accounting
• Part qualified ACA or ACCA, or exemptions towards these
