The Role
We are currently seeking a Stores / Production Operative to join the Production Team in the Highbridge area. This role has become available to support the team in managing inventory, assembling products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Candidates can expect a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with opportunities to develop practical skills and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Organising and maintaining inventory within the warehouse

* Assembling products using hand and power tools

* Applying mechanical knowledge during product assembly

* Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You

* Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (external)

* Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations is essential

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Detail-oriented and hands-on approach

* Willingness to learn, with full training provided
